REMANUFACTURING PROCESS include the following, Core selection, Disassemble compressor, Remove all bearings, seals and ‘o’rings, All parts then go through an extensive cleaning process, Re-surface body and check cylinders for OEM specs, Beadblast compressor body, Micro-hone compressor cylinders, Extensively clean compressor body for reassembly, Inspect remaining parts and replace if necessary, Re-install new bearings, Set-up piston half ball shoe clearance and shaft end float, Fully assemble unit, Then leak test the unit with nitrogen under low and high pressure, and Performance test unit.
